  • • As a Partner Executive at NICE Ltd., you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our business development strategy, focusing on driving profitable growth through a robust partner ecosystem.
  • • You will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and expanding relationships within our partner network, primarily targeting the Public Sector (Federal, State & Local Government and Education - SLED) with a secondary focus on Commercial business.
  • • Your core mission will involve driving sales opportunities, orchestrating impactful marketing campaigns, and ensuring comprehensive partner enablement to ignite growth within both existing and potential new partnerships.
  • • This role requires a strategic mindset to collaborate closely with cross-functional leadership teams, aligning partner initiatives with corporate strategies for new growth areas.
  • • You will leverage your deep expertise in channel partner management, cloud service provider platforms, hyperscalers, and cloud/digital transformation to maximize the potential of our partnerships.
  • • A strong understanding of CRM platforms, coupled with knowledge of NICE's digital channels and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) offerings, will be crucial for success.
  • • You will establish and meticulously manage relationships within the NICE partner ecosystem, ensuring these collaborations lead to profitable revenue growth, foster innovation, and expand market reach.
  • • A key responsibility is to develop joint business opportunities and execute development programs that are designed to foster ecosystem growth and mutual success.
  • • You will be tasked with exceeding ambitious quarterly and annual targets for revenue growth, pipeline creation, and the utilization of NICE products and services.
  • • Driving the adoption and expansion of NICE's cutting-edge products and services will be achieved by strategically leveraging technology partnerships, including hyperscalers, resellers, and Global/Regional System Integrators (GSI/RSI).
  • • You will act as the primary partner development lead for your assigned strategic partners, serving as a vital conduit to essential resources from sales, marketing, R&D, engineering, and leadership teams to achieve differentiated ecosystem growth.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve documenting and presenting comprehensive joint business plans that clearly outline partner business goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with NICE solutions to support their success.
  • • You will lead the charge in training and enabling partners on NICE's product portfolio, service offerings, and go-to-market strategies, empowering them to effectively represent and sell NICE solutions.
  • • Continuous monitoring and analysis of partner performance will be essential to identify, document, and track opportunities for ongoing improvement and optimization.
  • • You will utilize established support and management processes to efficiently escalate and resolve partner issues, ensuring a seamless and positive partner experience.
  • • Driving partner strategy will require a thorough understanding of current industry trends, emerging innovations, and market commercials relevant to the partner ecosystem.
  • • Active participation in industry and partner events relevant to your assigned partners will be expected, fostering networking and business development opportunities.
  • • You will be responsible for performing other duties as assigned, which may include achieving assigned sales quotas and contributing to overall team objectives.
