- • The Partner team at Vercel is dedicated to accelerating our growth trajectory through strategic alliances. As the Partner Lead for the APAC region, you will be instrumental in establishing and expanding our ecosystem of Technology and Solution partners. This senior individual contributor role is designed for a proactive builder who thrives on defining strategy, activating key partners, and generating significant partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership to solidify Vercel's position as a strategic platform within the dynamic APAC ecosystem. - • **Build and Scale the APAC Partner Ecosystem:** Your primary responsibility will be to define and meticulously execute Vercel’s overarching partner strategy across both Technology and Solution partner segments within the APAC region. This involves identifying, recruiting, and strategically activating high-impact regional and global partners who align with our vision and growth objectives. You will be tasked with establishing highly scalable engagement models that demonstrably drive measurable pipeline growth and revenue generation, ensuring a robust and expanding partner network.
- • **Drive Partner-Sourced & Influenced Revenue:** A critical aspect of this role is to develop and implement joint go-to-market plans with our partners. These plans will be designed to generate substantial partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, directly contributing to Vercel's revenue goals. You will lead collaborative co-sell motions, facilitate detailed account mapping sessions, and actively accelerate opportunities in close partnership with our regional Sales leaders. Ultimately, you will own specific revenue targets directly tied to partner performance and the overall contribution of the partner ecosystem.
- • **Develop Strategic Relationships:** Building and nurturing strong, executive-level relationships with alliance leaders, practice heads, and go-to-market stakeholders within partner organizations is paramount. You will serve as the central point of accountability for ensuring the success of our strategic partners throughout the APAC region. A key function will be to ensure that partner objectives are seamlessly aligned with Vercel’s broader growth priorities, creating a mutually beneficial and synergistic partnership.
- • **Solution & Offering Development:** You will work collaboratively with our Solution partners to effectively package and bring Vercel’s cutting-edge AI Cloud and frontend platform offerings to market. This includes identifying repeatable use cases, developing compelling industry-specific plays, and architecting reference architectures that facilitate scalability and broader adoption. Furthermore, you will provide structured, actionable feedback to our Product and Marketing teams, drawing upon valuable regional partner and customer insights to inform future development and strategy.
- • **Enablement & Ecosystem Activation:** Leading comprehensive partner enablement initiatives is crucial to ensure our partners are technically, sales-wise, and marketing-ready to represent Vercel effectively. You will equip partners with clear messaging, compelling positioning, and a deep understanding of use cases to empower them to successfully sell Vercel solutions. Internally, you will act as the voice of the APAC partner ecosystem, ensuring strong alignment and communication across all relevant Vercel teams.
- • **About You:** We are seeking a seasoned professional with a minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, partner management, and/or sales roles within high-growth technology companies. A proven track record of building partner-sourced pipeline from inception to multi-million-dollar impact is essential. You should possess a strong, nuanced understanding of frontend technologies, cloud infrastructure, and the rapidly evolving AI development ecosystems. An existing, active network of APAC partners, including agencies, Global System Integrators (GSIs), hyperscalers, and technology partners, that you can immediately leverage is highly desirable. Experience in driving effective co-sell motions and working intimately with regional sales teams is a must. You must possess executive presence, with a demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders both internally and externally. Above all, you should be highly collaborative, action-oriented, and intrinsically motivated by exceeding ambitious growth targets.
