- • Illumio is seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner Marketing Manager to join our innovative and fun marketing team. This is a high-impact, visible role responsible for creating, developing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns and enablement programs designed to significantly increase partner mindshare, generate qualified opportunities, and build a robust sales pipeline. You will play a pivotal role in empowering our valuable partner community to drive demand and revenue for Illumio's industry-leading ransomware and breach containment platform.
- • As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of co-branded marketing campaigns with our strategic partners. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and ultimately driving revenue growth. This involves a comprehensive approach from ideation and content creation to meticulous project management and rigorous performance tracking, ensuring all campaigns not only meet but exceed their objectives and deliver strong ROI.
- • You will collaborate closely with a diverse range of cross-functional teams, including Field Marketing, Partner Sales, Partner Engineering, Partner Operations, Partner Enablement, Product Marketing, and others. This collaborative spirit is essential for developing and delivering comprehensive partner enablement programs. These programs will encompass vital resources such as in-depth training sessions, compelling sales collateral, and impactful marketing assets, all designed to equip our partners with the essential knowledge and tools needed to effectively promote Illumio solutions to their customer base.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to work hand-in-hand with our enablement, sales, and technical teams. This ensures that our partners are not only aware of but also proficient in articulating the unique value proposition of Illumio products and services to prospective customers. Your ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business benefits will be crucial for partner success.
- • You will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing strong, collaborative relationships with our key partners. This includes a wide spectrum of partners such as technology alliances, channel partners, managed service providers (MSPs), and global system integrators (GSIs). Fostering these strong alliances is critical for aligning our go-to-market strategies and maximizing mutual success.
- • For a select group of focus partners, you will serve as the primary point of contact. This involves proactively addressing inquiries, providing dedicated support, and driving engagement opportunities that further strengthen these vital partnerships. Your responsiveness and strategic guidance will be key to deepening these relationships.
- • Managing our Partner Portal and establishing a consistent, engaging partner communication cadence are essential responsibilities. The goal is to significantly increase mindshare and engagement within our broad partner ecosystem, ensuring they remain informed, motivated, and equipped.
- • A critical component of this role is defining clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to rigorously evaluate the effectiveness of all partner marketing programs and initiatives. You will be responsible for sharing progress, insights, and results with key stakeholders, demonstrating the tangible impact of your work.
- • You will be entrusted with managing a budget effectively, with a strong emphasis on demonstrating a clear and measurable Return on Investment (ROI) for all marketing activities undertaken.
