📋 Description

• • Architect and own the next generation of Insider One’s B2B Martech APIs and micro-services that currently power 2.2 billion requests and 2 billion instant notifications every single day across 450+ servers worldwide.
• • Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and continuous optimization of high-throughput, low-latency services written primarily in Go, ensuring 99.9 % uptime for Fortune 500 customers such as Samsung, Nike, L’Oréal, Singapore Airlines, Nestlé, Nissan, Lenovo, Puma, IKEA, Allianz, and Domino’s.
• • Translate complex marketing-automation requirements into elegant technical solutions that unify data, personalization, and journey orchestration across WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Web, App, and Site Search channels.
• • Drive technical excellence by defining coding standards, championing comprehensive test coverage, and enforcing rigorous documentation practices so that every line of code is production-ready and maintainable by a globally distributed team of 1,500 colleagues.
• • Mentor and upskill a squad of backend engineers through pair programming, architecture reviews, and brown-bag sessions, cultivating a culture where quality, curiosity, and psychological safety are non-negotiable.
• • Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Data Scientists, DevOps, and Customer Success in agile squads that ship features to 25 % of global users within days—not months—of conception.
• • Monitor, profile, and tune critical performance metrics (p95 latency, throughput, memory footprint) using Grafana, Prometheus, and distributed tracing, turning terabytes of historical AI data into actionable insights that cut infrastructure costs and improve customer ROI.
• • Contribute to the evolution of Insider One’s internal Go frameworks and shared libraries, ensuring they remain secure, idiomatic, and aligned with cloud-native best practices on AWS and GCP.
• • Participate in blameless post-mortems and root-cause analyses, transforming incidents into learning opportunities that strengthen both systems and team resilience.
• • Influence the product roadmap by presenting technical trade-offs, capacity plans, and cost-benefit analyses to executive stakeholders, ensuring engineering investments map directly to customer growth and revenue impact.
• • Champion Insider One’s social-impact ethos by dedicating time to initiatives such as Code Academy, SheCodes, and AI Training for Teachers, using your technical expertise to uplift communities across 30 countries.
