📋 Description

  • Partner Marketing Manager role focused on driving strategic growth across Horizon3.ai’s global partner ecosystem by developing and implementing high-impact marketing initiatives, top-tier enablement efforts, and consistent communications to increase partner awareness, drive demand, and deliver measurable success.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and managing performance-driven incentive programs (rebates, SPIFFs), owning and optimizing the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform, executing strategic initiatives like the Partner Advisory Council and Global Partner Conference, developing joint marketing plans with Partner Business Managers and Field Marketers, creating localized webinar series and regional campaigns, managing partner recognition programs, building GTM toolkits and playbooks, owning global partner communication strategy (newsletters, webinars, nurture tracks), and facilitating community engagement through webinars, ads, and campaigns.
  • Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company founded by former U.S. Special Operations cyber operators, startup engineers, and frustrated cybersecurity practitioners, dedicated to enabling organizations to proactively find and fix exploitable attack vectors before criminals exploit them through its flagship NodeZeroTM platform, which delivers production-safe autonomous pentests and scales across internal, external, cloud, and hybrid environments.
  • The role offers opportunities to develop expertise in B2B SaaS partner marketing, gain hands-on experience with PRM and marketing automation platforms, lead strategic partner programs that influence executive alignment and roadmap, build cross-functional collaboration skills with sales and product teams, and grow into a leadership role within a high-impact, mission-driven cybersecurity organization focused on innovation and partner enablement.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or demand generation
  • Proven track record of managing partner relationships and executing global co-marketing campaigns in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple "big rock" initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technical features into partner value and revenue opportunities
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting on campaign ROI and pipeline funnel metrics
  • Experience with Marketing Automation, CRM (Salesforce), Webinar platforms (Zoom, ON24), and PRM platforms (Allbound/Unifyr)
