- • Lead the end-to-end execution of co-marketing campaigns with merchant partners, driving mutual growth through integrated campaigns across owned, paid, and social channels.
- • Spearhead marketing launches for new partners, ensuring seamless onboarding and rapid adoption through tailored campaign strategies.
- • Support the Partner Marketing Lead in developing and managing annual co-marketing plans, balancing high-impact tentpole campaigns with always-on activation programs.
- • Execute day-to-day campaign operations across multiple channels including email, social media, marketplaces, and digital advertising, including cross-merchant promotions.
- • Serve as the primary marketing liaison for partner marketing teams, building and sustaining strong external relationships to ensure alignment and engagement.
- • Collaborate closely with Partner Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to align campaign objectives with partner goals and overall business growth targets.
- • Share marketing best practices, playbooks, and campaign learnings with the Partner Success team to improve partner outcomes and program effectiveness.
- • Build, document, and maintain internal processes and external partner-facing documentation to ensure scalable and timely campaign delivery across a growing portfolio.
- • Apply a test-and-learn approach to creative concepts, channel performance, and partner playbooks, iterating rapidly based on data and feedback to optimize results.
- • Manage creative asset development workflows, coordinating with internal design and content teams to deliver on-brand, high-performing campaign materials.
- • Track and report on campaign performance metrics, using insights to inform future strategies and demonstrate ROI to partners and internal stakeholders.
- • Maintain a pulse on consumer behavior and cultural trends to ensure campaign messaging resonates with health and wellness audiences.
- • Advocate for partner needs within internal teams, ensuring marketing initiatives reflect partner brand positioning and audience priorities.
- • Balance multiple partner campaigns simultaneously, prioritizing workload and deadlines to meet commitments across a diverse set of merchant clients.
- • Drive cross-functional alignment by facilitating regular syncs between marketing, sales, and partner success teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- • Proactively identify opportunities for campaign innovation, testing new channels, formats, or partnership structures to expand reach and impact.
- • Maintain organized records of partner campaign histories, performance benchmarks, and communication logs to support scaling and knowledge transfer.
- • Represent Flex at partner touchpoints, including joint meetings, webinars, and promotional events, reinforcing brand credibility and partnership value.
- • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling startup environment while maintaining attention to detail and execution excellence.
