📋 Description

• As a Partner Marketing Manager at Hiya, you will drive the execution of partner marketing initiatives that support the company's global portfolio of mobile network operators, OEMs, and referral partners, directly contributing to revenue-generating relationships and brand visibility in the voice security space.
• You will own launch execution, manage partner communications, build enablement materials, coordinate co-marketing campaigns, support international expansion with localized content, and create repeatable playbooks to scale partner marketing efforts across time zones and teams.
• Hiya is a fast-growing, mission-driven company using AI voice technology to analyze 28+ billion calls monthly, protecting over 550 million users and partnering with global leaders like AT&T, Samsung, and British Telecom EE to restore trust in voice communication.
• In this role, you will sharpen your cross-functional collaboration, storytelling, and project management skills while working with Sales, BD, Product, and PR teams to turn strategic partner narratives into tangible, high-impact deliverables that partners see and use.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in partner marketing, channel marketing, field marketing, or a similar execution-heavy marketing role
• Strong writer and creative storyteller with ability to draft press releases, build decks, and write case studies that avoid templated language
• Organized and calm under pressure, capable of managing complex launches across multiple stakeholders and time zones
• Relationship builder comfortable engaging with external partner stakeholders across cultures and geographies
• Curious and experimental with AI, able to leverage it creatively while maintaining quality and authenticity
• Scrappy and resourceful mindset — takes initiative to figure things out without waiting for direction

🏖️ Benefits

• Base salary range of $96,000–$139,000
