- • Plan, coordinate, and execute co-marketing activities and campaigns with Workato System Integrator partners to drive demand generation and ecosystem growth.
- • Support the planning and execution of Workato’s partner-facing conferences, including logistics, content development, and presenter coordination.
- • Collaborate closely with Partner Sales teams to develop and implement strategic demand generation plans aligned with ARR, pipeline, and ROI goals.
- • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of partner marketing initiatives using key metrics such as ARR, ROI, and pipeline contribution.
- • Design and manage digital marketing communications including email campaigns and social media content tailored for partner audiences.
- • Build and maintain landing pages, promotional assets, and marketing materials for partner-led initiatives and events.
- • Manage end-to-end execution of events including webinars, in-person trade shows, and virtual summits, from concept through post-event analysis.
- • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and partner success teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all partner-facing activities.
- • Leverage data and insights to optimize marketing strategies, improve campaign effectiveness, and demonstrate measurable business impact.
- • Maintain strong copy-editing and writing standards across all partner marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency and clarity.
- • Translate strategic marketing objectives into actionable, scalable programs that enhance partner engagement, loyalty, and co-selling capabilities.
- • Stay informed on industry trends in B2B SaaS and partner ecosystems to inform innovative marketing approaches and competitive positioning.
- • Serve as the primary marketing liaison between Workato and its System Integrator partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- • Contribute to the development of partner marketing playbooks, templates, and guidelines to standardize processes and improve efficiency.
- • Track and report on partner marketing spend and budget utilization to ensure fiscal responsibility and alignment with corporate goals.
- • Proactively identify opportunities to expand partner marketing reach through new channels, formats, or partnership models.
