- ⢠Design, launch, and continually refine Harvey's global partner program structure including tiers, benefits, requirements, and incentives to drive ecosystem health and revenue impact.
- ⢠Own the partner portal and core partner systems experience, ensuring content, tools, and workflows enable partners to onboard, get enabled, and co-sell with Harvey efficiently.
- ⢠Build and run partner enablement and certification programs, including curricula, certification paths, and evaluation mechanisms aligned to product updates and go-to-market priorities.
- ⢠Define and maintain the core partner KPI frameworkâsuch as sourced/influenced pipeline, activation, certification, and NPSâand use data to recommend and drive program improvements.
- ⢠Serve as the operational and escalation point for partner issues, coordinating with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, and Legal teams to resolve problems quickly while protecting Harveyâs brand.
- ⢠Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Business Development to design and execute scalable motions including launch plays, campaigns, and co-marketing initiatives that increase partner productivity and satisfaction.
- ⢠Translate Harveyâs go-to-market priorities into clear, structured partner programs that are repeatable, measurable, and tightly aligned with customer outcomes as the ecosystem scales.
- ⢠Act as the connective tissue between Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure partners remain enabled, accountable, and integrated into Harveyâs growth strategy.
- ⢠Operate with decisiveness, simplicity, and a âjobâs not finishedâ mindset, prioritizing clear judgment over perfect information and focusing on scalable solutions.
- ⢠Work within a high-growth SaaS and AI environment where speed, ownership, and customer obsession are core to daily execution.
- ⢠Build the infrastructure for a category-defining AI partner ecosystem from the ground up, shaping systems that will scale globally across technology, consulting, and channel relationships.
- ⢠Maintain alignment between partner program objectives and Harveyâs three core values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Jobâs Not Finished.
- ⢠Ensure partner programs are globally applicable, culturally aware, and adaptable to diverse markets across 60+ countries where Harvey has customers.
- ⢠Collaborate cross-functionally to embed partner success into Harveyâs broader business operations, ensuring seamless integration with product roadmaps and customer success workflows.
- ⢠Monitor partner performance and satisfaction metrics to identify gaps, opportunities, and risks in the ecosystem, and proactively adjust program design accordingly.
- ⢠Communicate partner program updates, changes, and successes to internal stakeholders and external partners through clear written, verbal, and presentation formats.
- ⢠Maintain a calm, customer- and partner-obsessed approach when navigating ambiguity, escalations, and evolving business priorities.
- ⢠Support the scaling of Harveyâs partner ecosystem by creating systems that reduce friction, increase automation, and improve partner retention and revenue contribution.
đŻ Requirements
- ⢠7+ years of experience in partner programs, ecosystem operations, or channel programs within high-growth SaaS, AI, ML, or platform businesses.
- ⢠Proven track record designing and operating global partner or channel programs, including program structure, benefits/requirements, and partner lifecycle management.
- ⢠Strong program management and organizational skillsâable to translate strategy into clear roadmaps, timelines, and cross-functional execution.
- ⢠Analytical strength with experience defining, instrumenting, and acting on partner metrics; comfortable making decisions with imperfect data.
- ⢠Executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with senior partner leadership and internal executives in written, verbal, and presentation formats.
- ⢠Calm, customer- and partner-obsessed mindset; able to navigate escalations and ambiguity while maintaining strong relationships and a focus on outcomes.
