- • The Partner Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist at MarketStar focuses on recruiting and engaging channel resellers to become NetApp partners, driving new product sales and increasing market share through proactive outreach, research, and prospecting.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include utilizing AI tools and historical data to identify and develop reseller leads, presenting NetApp’s value proposition, executing communication via phone and email, setting appointments with sales teams, managing the partner application and onboarding process, overseeing vetting and certification, achieving individual and team KPIs, providing market insights, staying updated on product training and competitive positioning, learning basic product features to assist resellers, proactively solving problems, and communicating monthly/quarterly partner onboarding reports to internal NetApp teams.
