  • • As a Partner Sales Engineer at Ping Identity, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our strategic partnerships by providing deep technical expertise and a customer-centric approach. This role is pivotal in enabling our partners to effectively deliver Ping Identity solutions, thereby expanding our market reach and ensuring seamless, secure digital experiences for our clients. You will act as a technical bridge, translating complex identity and access management (IAM) concepts into tangible business value for both partners and their end customers. Your contributions will directly impact our sales strategy and business development efforts, fostering sustained growth across the Americas and supporting expansion into new global markets.
  • • In this dynamic role, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of technical sales and enablement activities. You will cultivate robust relationships with delivery partners, acting as their primary technical liaison to build mutually beneficial success plans for deploying Ping Identity solutions. A significant part of your role will involve supporting partner teams in understanding and implementing our technologies, driving their business goals through effective enablement. You will collaborate closely with the Field Sales Engineering (SE) team, sharing knowledge and contributing to broader sales initiatives and opportunities. Your responsibilities will also include familiarizing yourself with and supporting various alliance activities, such as marketing events, solution and sales training, joint solution development, and collaborative account sales efforts that strengthen partner relationships. You will conduct technical learning events for partners across supported sales regions, which may involve delivering compelling solution presentations, engaging in whiteboarding sessions, and performing detailed product demonstrations. A key aspect of your role will be identifying gaps in partner enablement and proactively creating and executing plans to address them, ensuring partners are well-equipped to succeed. You will provide essential pre-sales technical guidance to partners, including conducting product demonstrations, developing and executing proofs of concept for proposed solutions, and leading technical workshops. Your efforts will be focused on enabling partners to achieve customer wins, with a particular emphasis on supporting them through critical sales cycle phases: Qualification, Discovery, and the Technical Proof Phase. You will also be expected to travel up to 30% of the time to support these activities.
