- • Ping Identity is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Partner Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in France. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our partner ecosystem, enabling them to effectively deliver Ping Identity solutions to a global enterprise clientele. You will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships with delivery partners, understanding their unique needs, and collaborating to build mutually beneficial plans for success. Your expertise will empower partners to achieve their business goals by deepening their understanding and capability in implementing Ping Identity's cutting-edge identity and access management (IAM) platform. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to our sales and business development strategy, focusing on maturing our partner network across Europe and expanding our reach into new markets, ensuring sustained growth and enhanced partner-led engagements.
- • In this role, you will engage in a variety of customer-oriented activities, including interactive meetings, compelling demonstrations, and hands-on proofs of concept. Your primary objective will be to articulate the tangible business and technical value that Ping Identity solutions bring to customers. You will act as a key technical advisor and enabler for our partners, supporting them as they bring Ping Identity solutions to market. This involves building and refining deep technical and consultative skills, complemented by strong soft skills to manage engagements effectively and drive them towards successful outcomes. Collaboration is central to this position; you will leverage your consultative abilities to quickly grasp complex identity challenges, prototype full-stack solutions, and develop reusable assets that accelerate partner-led sales cycles. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our partners and, by extension, our customers, by ensuring they receive innovative and effective solutions tailored to their specific requirements. You will be a proactive member of a team dedicated to empowering personal, team, and partner success, contributing to the overall growth and strategic objectives of Ping Identity.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass fostering robust relationships with delivery partners, acting as their primary technical point of contact to support the sales cycle and co-create success plans for deploying Ping Identity solutions. You will actively support partner teams in understanding and adopting Ping Identity technologies, driving business objectives through effective enablement programs. Collaboration with the broader Field SE team will be essential, sharing knowledge and contributing to joint initiatives and opportunities. You will become well-versed in various alliance activities, including marketing events, solution and sales training, joint solution development, and collaborative account sales efforts, all designed to strengthen the alliance relationship. A significant part of your role will involve supporting partner technical learning events across designated sales regions, which may include delivering insightful solution presentations, engaging in whiteboarding sessions, and conducting impactful demonstrations. You will work closely with partner teams to identify and address any gaps in their technical enablement, subsequently creating and executing plans to bridge these deficiencies. Providing crucial pre-sales technical guidance to partners will be a core function, including delivering product demonstrations, developing proofs of concept for proposed solutions, and conducting technical workshops. You will collaborate with partner teams to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve customer wins, with a particular emphasis on key sales cycle phases such as Qualification, Discovery, and the Technical Proof Phase. This role requires a willingness to travel up to 30% of the time to support these activities.
- • The team at Ping Identity is dedicated to making digital experiences secure and seamless, empowering users without compromise. This commitment to 'digital freedom' is not just a customer promise but a core tenet of the company culture. Ping Identity champions individuality, fostering an environment where employees are empowered to bring their authentic selves to work. The company serves some of the world's largest enterprises, including over half of the Fortune 100, and is at the forefront of innovation in cybersecurity, digital experiences, and identity and access management. You will be joining a global organization headquartered in Denver, Colorado, with a diverse and talented workforce spread across the globe.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to significantly enhance your technical expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, particularly within the context of enterprise environments and system integrator needs. You will develop and hone your consultative selling and relationship-building skills by working closely with partners and their clients. The role offers a chance to become proficient in developing and delivering technical presentations, workshops, and customized demonstrations, as well as executing proofs of concept. You will gain practical experience in prototyping full-stack solutions and creating reusable assets, contributing to the acceleration of partner-led sales cycles. Furthermore, you will deepen your understanding of various IAM technologies, protocols, and cloud platforms, while also improving your ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value narratives for diverse audiences. This position is an excellent platform for professional growth, offering exposure to a global market and the chance to make a tangible impact on the success of both Ping Identity and its partners.
