  • • As a Partner Sales Manager at Clay Labs Inc., you will drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, deal progression, and revenue impact by owning a focused portfolio of enterprise-focused partners and serving as a critical growth lever in Clay’s partner-led motion.
  • • Day to day, you will consistently pipeline generate by engaging partners in top target accounts, run structured account mapping and pipeline reviews, drive co-sell rigor across deal registration and follow-through, and lead joint GTM efforts such as co-hosted webinars and executive roundtables with partners.
  • • You will collaborate cross-functionally with GTM Ops, Solutions Engineering, Legal, and Sales Leadership on deal routing, attribution, forecasting, and partner-assisted POCs, while representing the partner voice internally to surface feedback and improve Clay’s partner motion and sales process.
  • • Clay’s mission is to help organizations turn any growth idea into reality through creative, AI-powered growth strategies, backed by $100M in revenue and a $5B valuation, with a unique culture that supports employee growth through coaching, innovation, and operational principles like negative maintenance and non-attached action.
  • • In this role, you will develop scalable account mapping infrastructure, refine co-sell frameworks, and turn partner sales into a repeatable revenue engine, gaining deep expertise in enterprise partnerships, GTM strategy, and cross-functional execution at a high-growth SaaS company.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4–7+ years of experience in sales, B2B partnerships, business development, or ecosystem roles at a B2B SaaS company
  • • Hands-on experience working with partners: SIs, cloud, tech, especially in enterprise co-sell, referral, or partner-sourced revenue motions
  • • Strong familiarity with pipeline generation, pipeline reviews, and deal collaboration between internal sales teams and external partners
  • • Comfortable operating in cross-functional environments, partnering closely with Sales, GTM Ops, Legal, and Solutions teams
  • • Sales-minded and outcomes-oriented, with comfort being measured on pipeline creation, deal influence, and revenue impact
  • • Bonus: experience working alongside sales engineering, RevOps, or GTM teams; familiarity with Clay and other tools like Crossbeam, Retool, Dust, and other similar platforms
