- • Partner with cloud, channel, systems integrator (SI), and global systems integrator (GSI) partners to identify, recruit, and manage strategic alliances that drive adoption of Glean’s Work AI platform.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner account managers, technical teams, and executive stakeholders to align on business objectives and technical capabilities.
- • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners to expand market reach and accelerate sales cycles.
- • Provide technical training, enablement, and ongoing support to partner teams on Glean’s product integrations, APIs, and agentic capabilities.
- • Assist partners in building proof-of-concepts and live demonstrations to showcase Glean’s value proposition across enterprise SaaS ecosystems like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, ServiceNow, and GitHub.
- • Address technical inquiries and resolve integration issues related to Glean’s platform, ensuring seamless deployment and customer success.
- • Collaborate with internal sales teams to generate and qualify joint sales opportunities through partner channels.
- • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers referred by partners, tailoring messaging to enterprise use cases.
- • Create and maintain sales enablement tools, collateral, and technical documentation for partner use in customer engagements.
- • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and partner market dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities and strategic expansions.
- • Ensure customer satisfaction and success for solutions delivered through partner channels by monitoring post-sales issues and coordinating resolution efforts.
- • Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and marketing to align partner needs with product roadmap and market positioning.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with Glean’s Enterprise Graph, Personal Knowledge Graph, and agentic AI capabilities to effectively communicate technical differentiators to partners and customers.
- • Operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with global stakeholders, adapting communication and execution styles to regional and cultural contexts.
- • Contribute to the growth of Glean’s partner ecosystem in Japan by understanding local enterprise needs, regulatory environments, and technology adoption patterns.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- • Fluency in Japanese and English
- • 4+ years of experience in technical sales, consulting, enablement, or partner management
- • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and software development methodologies
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partner relationships
