  • • As a Partner Solutions Engineer (PSE) at DevRev, you will be at the forefront of driving partner-led growth and adoption for our innovative AI teammate platform, Computer. This customer-obsessed technical role is pivotal in bridging DevRev with our diverse ecosystem of resellers, OEMs, system integrators, and strategic alliances, ensuring their success and enabling them to effectively leverage our technology.
  • • You will act as the primary technical advisor and solutions architect for our partners, guiding them through the entire partner lifecycle. This involves leading pre-sales discovery sessions to deeply understand partner business models and objectives, and then translating these into tailored DevRev-aligned solutions that deliver maximum value.
  • • A core aspect of your role will be to design and architect custom solutions that meet the unique needs of our partners and their end customers. You will be responsible for creating compelling proposals and technical designs that showcase the power and flexibility of the DevRev platform.
  • • You will play a crucial role in enabling the technical teams within our partner organizations. This includes developing and delivering comprehensive technical enablement programs. These programs will encompass tailored product and solution updates, hands-on bootcamps, shadowing opportunities with DevRev's Sales Engineers, and in-depth technical workshops designed to build partner expertise.
  • • Your efforts will directly empower partners to independently conduct pre-sales motions, effectively position DevRev solutions, and contribute significantly to regional revenue growth. This involves fostering a deep understanding of our platform's features, benefits, and overarching business value.
  • • You will actively support partner-led sales cycles by delivering impactful technical presentations, engaging demos, and managing technical evaluations and Proofs of Value (PoVs). This requires a strong ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and persuasive manner to diverse audiences.
  • • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with DevRev’s Sales, Product, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to ensure seamless partner engagement and success. You will also partner with DevRev’s support and product teams to swiftly resolve any technical roadblocks encountered by our partners.
  • • A vital responsibility is to capture and relay critical product feedback, partner insights, and customer pain points back to DevRev’s internal teams. This feedback loop is essential for continuous product improvement and strategic GTM planning.
  • • You will co-create strategic enablement plans with partner sales leaders, defining clear certification pathways, role-based training modules, and joint technical goals with measurable milestones. This proactive approach ensures partners are well-equipped and aligned with DevRev’s strategic objectives.
  • • You will lead certification bootcamps and instructor-led enablement tracks, ensuring partners achieve the necessary proficiency. Hosting regular Expert Sessions will keep partner Sales Engineers updated on the latest product releases, best practices, and emerging trends.
  • • To maximize reach and impact, you will focus on scaling enablement initiatives across partner organizations, ensuring a consistent and high-quality technical understanding of DevRev solutions.
  • • Building and nurturing strategic relationships with partner architects and C-level leaders is paramount. You will conduct regular roadmap alignment sessions and technical Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to foster strong, long-term partnerships.
  • • You will maintain an up-to-date understanding of partner organizations by building and maintaining partner org charts and communication matrices, ensuring efficient engagement.
  • • Acting as a champion for DevRev within partner organizations is crucial to drive mindshare and optimal product positioning.
  • • You will proactively identify, qualify, and support partner-driven upsell and cross-sell motions, contributing directly to revenue expansion.
  • • Collaboration with DevRev Field Sales Engineers and Solution Architects will be essential for joint selling efforts and providing comprehensive support.
  • • You will build and foster a vibrant technical partner community through organizing roundtables, regional events, and community forums. Mentoring technical champions within partner organizations and elevating them through specialized enablement tracks will be a key focus.
  • • Maintaining active visibility through contributions to LinkedIn, blog posts, forums, and other content platforms will establish you as a thought leader.
  • • You will support media and co-marketing efforts, including the development of reference cases and campaign support, further amplifying DevRev’s market presence.
  • • This role requires a proactive, consultative approach, a passion for technology, and a commitment to enabling partner success in the rapidly evolving AI and SaaS landscape.
