📋 Description

• • As a Partner Success Manager – EMEA (DACH Focus) at ConnectWise, you will play a key role in helping DACH and EMEA partners maximize value from core ConnectWise solutions, driving adoption, retention, and long-term success through trusted guidance and product optimization support.
• • Day to day, you will provide best‑practice guidance, research and analyze partner needs, propose platform-based solutions, act as an escalation point for issue resolution, travel to partner locations and IT Nation events, and help create scalable playbooks and processes for cross-functional collaboration.
