📋 Description
- • The Partner Success Manager at FarmRaise Inc. owns the partner relationship from launch through renewal, serving as the primary point of contact and relationship manager after implementation hands off, ensuring ongoing success, reporting, enablement, growth, and renewal for agricultural partners including government agencies, crop innovators, and conservation program administrators.
- • Day to day, the role involves managing recurring partner cadences (bi-weekly to monthly), tracking account health for renewal and expansion opportunities, maintaining partner portfolios with varying timelines and reporting needs, collaborating with Engineering to build and iterate reports, making form and dashboard adjustments in BI tools, standardizing support materials for self-service, triaging feature requests, participating in late-stage implementation handoffs, and providing end-user support via Intercom when needed.
- • FarmRaise builds software infrastructure that enables agricultural partners to enroll, manage, and report on critical agronomic data for high-stakes programs like USDA-funded conservation work, state cost-share, and private field trials, acting as the system that makes these programs run successfully.
- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in agricultural data workflows, gain experience managing complex partner lifecycles in a mission-driven SaaS environment, strengthen technical fluency in low-code tools and BI platforms, refine project management and communication skills across diverse stakeholder types, and directly impact partner retention, expansion, and product adoption through data-informed relationship management.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4 to 7 years in an account management or partner success role at a SaaS or platform company
- • Comfortable being the technical-enough person in the room: able to iterate forms in no/low-code form builders, generate AI-native workflows, and adjust dashboards in BI tools
- • Data-fluent: understands differences between field-level, farm-level, and entity-level data, can reason about data hierarchy, and interpret dashboards to explain insights to partners
- • Strong project management instincts: capable of tracking a partner portfolio with overlapping deadlines, contract commitments, and reporting cycles without missing details
- • Excellent written & verbal communication: able to adapt communication style for partner administrators, research scientists, and farmers in the field while maintaining alignment
