📋 Description
- • The Partner Success Manager at Smarsh, Inc. is responsible for driving customer success and retention by ensuring partners achieve maximum value from Smarsh’s compliance and risk management solutions across 80+ communication channels. This role is critical to maintaining Smarsh’s reputation as a trusted leader in regulated industries, directly contributing to customer satisfaction, renewal rates, and long-term growth.
- • Day to day, the Partner Success Manager will onboard new partners, conduct regular business reviews, identify expansion opportunities, troubleshoot technical and functional issues, and serve as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams including product, support, and sales. They will monitor partner health metrics, develop success plans, and advocate for partner needs within the organization to influence product roadmap and service improvements.
