📋 Description
- • At Redgate Software Limited, we are seeking an Onboarding Manager to join our Customer Success team in Austin or Pasadena.
- • The ideal candidate will be customer-centric, emotionally intelligent, and experienced in a similar role, with a strong ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus.
- • The Onboarding Manager will be responsible for delivering an exceptional onboarding and implementation experience that drives adoption of Redgate solutions and ensures customers achieve their intended return on investment.
- • The role involves building strong partnerships with business and technical stakeholders, owning and co-managing Onboarding Plans, and working closely with internal technical teams to remove blockers and deliver implementation best practice.
- • The Onboarding Manager will also lead customer meetings, coordinate with Redgate Professional Services and Premium Support, and act as a trusted ambassador for Redgate at all times.
- • The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, results-driven, and have strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- • Familiarity with Database Tooling is a bonus but not essential.
- • The Onboarding Manager will have the opportunity to make a direct and visible impact on customer outcomes and Redgate's commercial success.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, such as Onboarding Manager, Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or equivalent.
- • Experience in a software or software-related industry is ideal.
- • Strong ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus.
- • Emotionally intelligent and customer-centric.
- • Commercially minded and results-driven.
- • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
