- • The Partner Success Manager – EMEA (DACH Focus) plays a key role in helping DACH and EMEA partners maximize value from ConnectWise solutions by providing best‑practice guidance, product optimisation support, and trusted insight to drive adoption and long‑term success.
- • Day to day, the role involves supporting Sales, Marketing, and Support teams with high attention to detail; researching, analyzing, and documenting findings; coaching or delegating work; ensuring partners receive maximum value from their investments by utilizing licenses, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with stakeholders; proposing solutions based on the ConnectWise platform and deep understanding of partner businesses; developing understanding of partner challenges to map platform features to business benefits; acting as an escalation point for timely resolution; traveling to partner locations and IT Nation events; and helping create scalable playbooks and processes for partner interactions.
