- • Partner Success Senior Manager at Imagine Pediatrics PC, a tech-enabled pediatrician-led medical group reimagining care for children with special health care needs through 24/7 virtual-first and in-home medical, behavioral, and social care.
- • Drive client engagement and growth within a newly created Partner Success Department, supporting the build of the department with key business results tied to client retention and contract performance.
- • Build and maintain relationships and manage contracts for a portfolio of health plan partnerships; serve as ongoing point of contact for client partners; track and manage contractual requirements to ensure timely and accurate deliverables and reporting.
- • Develop content for client-facing meetings, execute follow-up actions, and use data to tell compelling performance stories related to key metrics and total cost of care levers.
- • Collaborate with market teams on Joint Operating Committee meetings; drive resolution of client escalations by coordinating with internal resources.
- • Strategize with internal teams to improve performance, enhance care coordination, and solve pain points within the attributed population; identify opportunities to optimize financial performance.
- • Champion clients’ needs and represent their interests in critical issue resolution; collaborate across the organization to ensure deliverables and milestones are met with quality and excellence.
- • Work closely with the data team to generate reporting that supports care coordination and performance management; clearly communicate progress of strategic initiatives internally and externally.
- • Provide input to product and solution development as the "voice of the customer."
