- • As a Partner Support Specialist at Phil, Inc., you will play a critical role in supporting the performance, accuracy, and timeliness of prescription processing across the Partner Pharmacy network, directly impacting patient access to medication in a rapidly growing health-tech startup.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and responding to internal escalations, performing data entry for regional partners, contacting partners to resolve operational issues, conducting investigative tasks for financial reconciliations, reviewing script-level errors, triaging order-related escalations, identifying workflow blockers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as finance, warehouse/logistics, engineering, and patient support.
- • Phil, Inc. is a Series D health-tech startup founded in 2015 that builds a B2B2C platform connecting doctors, pharmacies, patients, and manufacturers to streamline prescription delivery and improve patient adherence to treatment plans. The team is mission-driven, analytical, and passionate about improving healthcare access and human wellbeing.
- • In this role, you will gain deep operational expertise in pharmacy workflows, develop strong problem-solving and communication skills, contribute to financial reconciliation processes, and grow alongside a fast-scaling startup committed to innovation in healthcare access.
🎯 Requirements
- • Prior pharmacy technician experience or direct experience working with prescription-related workflows
- • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, operations, customer support, or a related field
- • Strong attention to detail with proven organizational and time-management skills
- • Self-motivated, hands-on individual who can manage daily and weekly operational tasks independently
- • Willingness and ability to learn operational workflows and identify root causes quickly
- • Experience working with external clients or partners, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally to resolve questions or issues
- • Solid written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- • Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable within a rapidly growing startup
- • Experience using G Suite applications, with the ability to collaborate remotely through shared documents, communication tools, and project coordination platforms
