  • You will be instrumental in sourcing, activating, and enabling new partners, including Managed Service Providers (MSPs), legal associations, IT firms, and industry-specific consultants, expanding our reach and impact.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by strategically sourcing, developing, managing, and expanding relationships with both new and existing channel partners.
  • A deep understanding of the legal industry is crucial for effectively enabling partners through comprehensive training and collaborative co-marketing initiatives.
  • You will act as a trusted advisor, educating partners on Spellbook's offerings, value proposition, and strategic vision, ensuring their success and maximizing partnership revenue.
  • Source and engage new partnership prospects within the Channel Partnerships function, focusing on MSPs, IT firms, legal and contract consultants, and other relevant service providers.
  • Drive partner-sourced opportunities, deal registrations, and pipeline growth by actively managing and nurturing relationships with your portfolio of Channel Partners.
  • Educate and train partners on Spellbook's cutting-edge AI solutions, highlighting the unique value proposition and strategic vision that sets us apart in the legal tech landscape.
  • Collaborate closely with partners on co-marketing initiatives and events to increase Spellbook's visibility and generate demand within their respective client bases.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives and Channel Partners on registered deals, ensuring a seamless and successful sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Support the onboarding and activation of new channel partners, providing them with the tools, resources, and knowledge needed to become successful advocates for Spellbook.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for each partner's customers, offering insights into current legal industry trends, best practices, and how Spellbook can address their evolving needs.
  • Champion the success of your partners, acting as their internal advocate within Spellbook to ensure their needs are met and their challenges are addressed.
  • Report regularly to leadership on partnership progress, key pipeline metrics, and overall partner outcomes, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment of partnership strategies with overall Go-To-Market (GTM) priorities.
  • Maintain accurate and clean documentation of pipeline, partner health, and CRM data within HubSpot, ensuring data integrity for strategic decision-making.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Chief Strategy Officer, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the broader success of the company.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience, with at least 1 year specifically in Partner Sales, Business Development, Reseller Partnerships, Partnership Management, or Channel Partnerships.
  • Proven experience working with and managing a medium-to-high volume of channel partners, demonstrating an ability to scale partnership programs.
  • Exceptional recruitment and discovery skills, utilizing a consultative approach to identify and secure new partnerships that align with strategic goals.
  • Demonstrated history as a top performer, consistently exceeding aggressive targets and quotas in previous sales or partnership roles.
  • Superior organizational and time management abilities, with a meticulous approach to managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active and effective listening, crucial for building strong relationships and conveying complex information.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong desire to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and contribute to building something significant.
  • Highly effective cross-functional collaborator, adept at building strong internal relationships across sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams.
  • Must be able to travel as needed to foster partner relationships and attend industry events.
