You will set the strategic North Star, allocate a multi-million-euro budget, and translate ambitious financial KPIs into quarterly OKRs that the entire company rallies behind.
- • Build, inspire, and coach a distributed squad of partnership managers, analysts, and creatives who operate like an elite revenue unit. Through weekly 1:1s, data-driven feedback loops, and hands-on deal clinics, you will turn raw talent into a high-impact engine that consistently over-delivers on CAC, LTV, and ROAS targets.
- • Source and close 100+ tier-1 influencers, content creators, and niche affiliates every quarter by running a rigorous outbound machine—leveraging LinkedIn, creator marketplaces, and proprietary data—to secure integrations that generate millions in incremental ARR.
- • Negotiate complex, multi-year contracts that balance risk and upside, including hybrid CPA + rev-share models, exclusivity clauses, and co-marketing commitments. You will quarterback legal, finance, and product stakeholders to ensure every signature moves the needle on Hostinger’s global growth roadmap.
- • Deepen existing relationships with top partners through quarterly business reviews, bespoke campaign roadmaps, and early-access product launches. Your goal: turn satisfied affiliates into evangelists who amplify Hostinger’s brand story across blogs, YouTube, TikTok, and newsletters.
- • Launch and optimize performance campaigns end-to-end—briefing creative teams, setting tracking pixels, A/B testing landing pages, and reallocating spend in real time—to hit aggressive CTR, conversion, and churn-reduction benchmarks across diverse European markets.
- • Partner with product heads to uncover white-space opportunities—such as localized hosting bundles, seasonal promos, or AI-website builder tie-ins—that unlock new revenue streams and give partners fresh reasons to promote Hostinger every month.
- • Build a real-time dashboard that surfaces partner-level metrics (clicks, trials, activations, upgrades) and macro trends (channel mix, geo performance, cohort LTV). You will translate these insights into board-ready narratives that secure additional budget and executive buy-in.
- • Champion a culture of experimentation by running quarterly growth sprints, sharing win-loss post-mortems, and institutionalizing best practices across SEO, paid social, email, and community channels so the entire marketing org levels up.
- • Represent Hostinger on global stages—Affiliate Summit, DMEXCO, Web Summit—delivering keynotes, hosting partner roundtables, and scouting next-gen talent to keep our partnership program three steps ahead of the competition.
