- • Our success is evidenced by our partnerships with numerous Fortune 500 companies and leading Third-Party Administrators (TPAs). Every patient we serve yields immediate, tangible ROI through reduced costs, enhanced access, and improved care outcomes. We are seeking a driven and strategic Partnership Manager to join our expanding team and play a pivotal role in translating our partner ecosystem into measurable growth. This role is critical for activating new partners, seamlessly integrating Leap into their existing workflows, and developing the essential playbooks and operational frameworks that will drive consistent referral flow, pipeline influence, and increased utilization of our services.
- • The Partnership Manager will be instrumental in fostering and managing relationships with strategic partners who are key drivers of referral volume, pipeline development, and member engagement. Currently, the activation and management of these crucial relationships are concentrated within a small, dedicated team. As Leap continues its rapid expansion, this role is designed to scale our partner success efforts, ensuring that every partnership yields its maximum potential. You will collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales, Consultant Relations, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations to ensure Leap is deeply embedded within our partners' ecosystems, becoming an indispensable part of their benefits offerings.
- • Key responsibilities for this role include developing and executing comprehensive activation plans that effectively convert signed partnerships into tangible referral flow, significant pipeline influence, and measurable revenue impact. A core function will be ensuring Leap's seamless integration into partner platforms, operational workflows, and member journeys, making our solution intuitive and accessible. You will work hand-in-hand with the Sales and Consultant Relations teams to align on target accounts, refine field engagement strategies, and identify joint pipeline opportunities, fostering a collaborative approach to market penetration.
- • Furthermore, you will coordinate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Operations to facilitate critical integrations, streamline eligibility flows, ensure accurate reporting, and support co-branded marketing initiatives. The development of robust onboarding materials, comprehensive enablement resources, and engaging training sessions for partner-facing teams will be essential to equip them with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively represent and promote Leap. You will be responsible for clarifying Leap's unique positioning, defining clear referral criteria, and articulating compelling use cases to ensure our value proposition is easily understood and confidently recommended by our partners.
- • To drive accountability and sustained growth, you will lead joint planning sessions, conduct regular pipeline reviews, and facilitate performance reviews with our partners. A critical aspect of this role involves defining, tracking, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), including referral volume, conversion rates, revenue influence, and overall partner engagement. Proactively identifying and addressing any friction points within partner workflows or member journeys will be paramount to continuously improving the partner and member experience. This role reports directly to the Sr. Director of Partnerships and offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of specialty pharmacy benefits.
