Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • Solace Corporation is on a mission to fundamentally transform the U.S. healthcare system, which is currently plagued by complexity and a lack of health literacy, impacting 88% of adults. We empower patients by connecting them with expert advocates and providing essential tools for informed decision-making, leading to demonstrably better health outcomes.
  • • As a rapidly growing Series C startup, founded in 2022 and backed by prominent investors including Inspired Capital, Craft Ventures, Torch Capital, Menlo Ventures, Signalfire, and IVP, Solace is seeking a dynamic and driven Partnership Marketing Manager to be a pivotal force in our growth strategy.
  • • This role is instrumental in leveraging partnerships as a key driver of both growth and credibility for Solace. You will be the architect and executor of our co-marketing initiatives, transforming signed agreements into tangible patient impact and measurable business success.
  • • Reporting directly to the Director of Brand, you will operate at the critical intersection of brand building, growth marketing, and strategic partnerships. Your daily work will involve close collaboration with our dedicated partnerships team, the creative department, and performance marketing specialists to bring each unique collaboration to life.
  • • Solace’s diverse partner ecosystem includes platform and infrastructure providers, online marketplaces, complementary care-adjacent companies, and national associations. These partnerships serve dual purposes: some act as powerful distribution channels for patient acquisition, while others are crucial for bolstering brand credibility and trust.
  • • This role demands a nuanced approach, tailoring activation strategies and measurement frameworks to the specific objectives of each partnership, whether it's driving patient acquisition or enhancing brand reputation.
  • • You will be responsible for developing and meticulously managing co-marketing plans for every active partner, ensuring each plan is customized to align with the partnership's primary goal – be it patient acquisition or brand enhancement.
  • • A core responsibility will be to build and refine scalable processes and comprehensive playbooks. These resources will ensure consistent, high-quality execution of partner activations across our expanding and varied partner portfolio.
  • • You will own and maintain the partner marketing calendar, guaranteeing that all activations are adequately resourced, strictly adhere to brand guidelines, and are launched punctiliously across all relevant channels.
  • • Translating high-level partnership objectives into clear, actionable creative briefs will be essential, followed by diligent execution in close partnership with our creative team.
  • • Beyond strategy, you will serve as the primary marketing liaison for all active partners post-deal closure, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
  • • Cultivating robust working relationships with marketing counterparts at partner organizations will be key to aligning on shared goals, timelines, and joint Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • • You will proactively conduct regular partner check-ins, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions to nurture healthy relationships and maintain momentum on ongoing activations.
  • • Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to deepen or expand existing partnerships through innovative new marketing initiatives will be a continuous focus.
  • • Close alignment with the partnerships team is crucial to fully grasp deal terms, partner objectives, and growth targets before any activation commences.
  • • You will collaborate closely with the performance marketing team and our external PR agency to conceptualize and execute paid and co-branded acquisition campaigns designed to drive significant traffic.
  • • Working hand-in-hand with the creative team will ensure all partner-facing collateral is not only on-brand and compliant but also precisely tailored to resonate with the intended audience.
  • • Coordination with legal and compliance departments will be necessary to guarantee all co-marketing materials meet HIPAA standards and other regulatory requirements.
  • • Defining clear, measurable success metrics for each partnership type is paramount. This includes establishing Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) targets and volume pacing for acquisition-focused partners, as well as relevant brand impact metrics for credibility-driven partnerships.
  • • Diligently tracking and reporting on the performance of all partnership marketing efforts, surfacing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders, will be a regular duty.
  • • A commitment to continuous improvement will drive the refinement of co-marketing playbooks based on empirical data and performance analysis across the entire partner portfolio.
  • • This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and is passionate about making a real difference in healthcare.
