- • As a Partnerships Associate (German-speaking) at Whatnot, you will expand the company's presence in the DACH market by identifying and recruiting new sellers to join the livestream shopping platform, directly contributing to Whatnot's mission of enabling anyone to turn their passion into a business.
- • Day to day, you will become the go-to expert on your assigned product category, conduct seller outreach via social media and events, onboard new sellers, manage relationships with strategic partners, and lead marketing initiatives such as influencer campaigns to boost brand awareness and buyer acquisition.
- • You will join a remote co-located team inspired by Whatnot's values, operating from hubs across the US, UK, Ireland, Poland, Germany, and Australia, with a culture focused on moving fast, staying close to users, and driving impact in one of the fastest-growing marketplaces in North America and Europe.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in live commerce, strengthen your analytical and project management skills, gain experience in marketplace growth strategies, and have the opportunity to shape Hownot's presence in emerging European markets while working in a high-impact, outcome-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, client-facing role in high output environments such as Strategy Consulting, Private Equity, or partnerships at a fast-paced tech company
- • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) with a deep understanding of the German market
- • Scrappy and flexible mindset with the ability to work in ambiguous environments with limited guidance
- • Strong project management skills and the ability to fully own strategy and execution on both sides of an emerging marketplace
- • Business acumen, strong analytical skills, and comfort using data (including basic SQL) to derive insights and drive business decisions
