- • As a Partnerships Coordinator at Brigit Inc., you will play a key support role on the Partnerships team, helping onboard new partners, execute campaigns, maintain accurate data, and ensure smooth operations in a fast-growing fintech company focused on improving financial health for everyday Americans.
- • Day to day, you will lead the onboarding of new affiliate partners including contract tracking, link creation, and offer setup in the Brigit Marketplace; support planning and execution of CRM campaigns by drafting copy and managing partner approvals; reconcile and validate monthly revenue; optimize internal tools and workflows; and act as a utility player for special projects, partner reporting, and ad hoc requests during launches and quarter-end pushes.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of professional experience in account coordination, partner relations, or affiliate marketing (ideally within fintech or financial services)
- • Exceptional organizational habits with ability to manage multiple partner accounts and proactively spot issues
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting professional external emails and performance updates
- • Strong analytical skills with intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- • Active experience leveraging generative AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) to streamline workflows
- • Hands-on experience navigating affiliate platforms like Impact or Everflow, including attribution and postback tracking
