  • • Own the end-to-end partnerships and corporate development strategy for Fractional AI, directly supporting the CEO in shaping the company’s growth trajectory through strategic alliances and acquisitions.
  • • Define and prioritize expansion opportunities across the AI transformation lifecycle, determining where to build internally, partner externally, or acquire capabilities to deliver holistic AI solutions.
  • • Identify, evaluate, and source acquisition targets in the AI services space, conducting due diligence, structuring deals, and leading post-acquisition integration to ensure seamless capability translation.
  • • Design and execute partnership programs that convert collaborators into revenue-generating channels, including joint go-to-market strategies, co-selling frameworks, and shared pipeline development.
  • • Map the competitive and emerging AI landscape to uncover white space, distinguish genuine innovation from hype, and align partnership and acquisition targets with market demand and technical feasibility.
  • • Build and nurture high-trust relationships with senior executives at potential partners, acquisition targets, and strategic stakeholders, operating with equal comfort in boardrooms and operational execution.
  • • Drive the commercialization of AI services by aligning partnership and M&A activities with client needs and the full AI transformation lifecycle—from deployment to automation to scaling.
  • • Operate with high agency in ambiguous environments, making decisive moves backed by data, experience, and a bias toward action while maintaining low ego and collaborative integrity.
  • • Contribute to a culture of overdelivering by ensuring every partnership and acquisition enhances Fractional AI’s reputation as the world’s best applied AI team.
  • • Overuse AI tools in daily work, experimenting with frontier models and sharing insights to elevate team capabilities and reinforce the company’s culture of innovation.
  • • Champion an engineered culture by evaluating every strategic decision through the lens of whether it makes Fractional AI a better place for the team.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, commercial, and operational teams to ensure acquired or partnered capabilities are fully integrated, adopted, and scaled.
  • • Translate complex technical AI capabilities into compelling commercial propositions for partners, clients, and investors.
  • • Maintain a sharp, real-time understanding of enterprise AI adoption trends, vendor ecosystems, and emerging use cases across healthcare, finance, and enterprise operations.
  • • Lead negotiation and structuring of deal terms that create mutual value for Fractional AI, partners, and acquired entities, ensuring alignment on goals, incentives, and integration roadmaps.
  • • Track and report on the performance of partnerships and acquisitions, measuring success through revenue impact, capability enhancement, and cultural fit.
  • • Represent Fractional AI at industry events, investor meetings, and partner forums to strengthen brand presence and attract high-quality strategic opportunities.
  • • Ensure all partnership and M&A activities align with the company’s core values: overdelivering, overusing AI, and over-engineering culture.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience operating at the intersection of commercial and technical domains as a founder, investor, or operator with a track record of building revenue-generating relationships and closing deals
  • • Demonstrated end-to-end experience in the M&A lifecycle, including sourcing, diligence, structuring, execution, and post-acquisition integration
  • • Sharp, nuanced understanding of the enterprise AI landscape, capable of distinguishing real innovation from hype and identifying white space across the AI transformation stack
  • • Ability to build trust quickly with senior stakeholders and operate effectively in both strategic and operational contexts
  • • High agency, low ego mindset with a bias toward action and a proven record of delivering results in ambiguous environments
  • • Experience designing and executing partnership programs that drive joint go-to-market motion, co-selling, and shared pipeline development
