Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • Own and scale Ambrook’s entire partnership engine from zero to a predictable revenue driver. You will architect the strategy, identify high-impact partner categories, negotiate win-win agreements, and build the systems that turn relationships into repeatable pipeline and closed-won revenue.
  • • Within your first 30 days you will audit every existing financial-professional relationship, define clear segmentation (CPA, bookkeeper, fractional CFO, co-op advisor, etc.), and install an operating cadence of monthly business reviews, shared KPIs, and joint success plans. You will ship at least two concrete improvements to onboarding, enablement, or measurement workflows so partners feel the difference immediately.
  • • By month three you will be running multiple partnership experiments in parallel—prospecting new categories, structuring economic models, launching co-marketing or co-selling pilots, and measuring CAC, payback, and LTV. You will deliver a signal memo that tells the company which channels are ready to scale, which need more iteration, and which should be sunset.
  • • You will source, negotiate, and close at least one brand-new strategic category beyond financial professionals—think farm-management software, equipment financing, crop-insurance brokers, or sustainability-certification bodies—delivering a material lift in monthly qualified pipeline.
  • • Work hand-in-hand with Product & Engineering to scope integrations or workflow automations that make partners more successful (e.g., embedded referral links, two-way data syncs, white-label onboarding flows). You will translate partner feedback into clear product specs and shepherd them through prioritization and launch.
  • • Build a cross-functional “partnership playbook” that GTM, CX, and Finance can run without you. The playbook will include ideal partner profiles, value propositions, pricing models, legal templates, onboarding checklists, enablement assets, and dashboards that surface real-time contribution to revenue.
  • • Establish a quarterly planning ritual that aligns partnership OKRs with company-level goals. You will model scenarios for 2026 investment—where to double down (e.g., certified crop advisors in the Midwest) and where to stop (e.g., regional equipment dealers with low digital adoption).
  • • Become the internal evangelist for partner-led growth. You will run lunch-and-learns, publish internal write-ups, and coach AEs and CSMs on how to leverage partners during sales cycles and renewals. Over time you will hire and lead a small team, but you are excited to be player-coach for the first 12 months.
  • • Immerse yourself in the nuances of American agriculture and climate finance. You will ride along on customer calls, visit farms and ranches, and understand how a water-efficient pivot or rotational-grazing plan shows up in the books. This context will make you a credible thought-partner to both partners and prospects.
  • • Champion Ambrook’s values in every interaction—Real Talk when negotiations get tough, Reach Understanding when partners share pain points, Be Proactively Resourceful when you spot a new channel, Derisk Thoughtfully when structuring rev-share deals, and Find the Positive-Sum so incentives align for the farmer, the partner, and the planet.
