  • • Ethena is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Partnerships Lead to spearhead our burgeoning partnerships strategy and elevate our market presence. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in architecting and executing a comprehensive plan to identify, cultivate, and manage strategic alliances that drive significant revenue growth and expand Ethena's reach across diverse market segments. You will be the driving force behind our partnership ecosystem, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and maximum value realization for both Ethena and our partners.
  • • As the Partnerships Lead, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a scalable partnership program. This involves a deep understanding of Ethena's value proposition and identifying complementary businesses and platforms that can benefit from our innovative compliance training solutions. You will be tasked with building a robust pipeline of potential partners, including technology integrators, HR consultancies, industry associations, and other strategic players within the compliance and HR technology landscape.
  • • A key aspect of this role is nurturing and strengthening our existing partner relationships. You will act as the primary point of contact for our current partners, ensuring they are successful with Ethena's offerings and maximizing their engagement. This includes developing joint go-to-market strategies, providing ongoing support and enablement, and identifying opportunities for deeper collaboration. Your ability to foster strong, long-term relationships built on trust and mutual benefit will be critical to our success.
  • • Beyond managing existing relationships, you will be a proactive hunter, identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities that align with Ethena's strategic objectives. This requires a keen commercial acumen, the ability to negotiate mutually beneficial agreements, and a creative approach to uncovering untapped market potential. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of partnership development, from initial outreach and qualification to deal closure and ongoing performance management.
  • • This role demands a strategic thinker who can also execute with precision. You will be responsible for setting partnership goals, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and tracking progress against these metrics. You will analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and partner performance to identify areas for improvement and new strategic initiatives. Your insights will directly inform Ethena's go-to-market strategy and product roadmap.
  • • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and to leverage their expertise in developing and executing partnership initiatives. You will be responsible for communicating the value of partnerships internally and externally, championing Ethena's partnership program across the organization.
  • • The ideal candidate will bring a fresh, creative perspective to our partnerships motion. We encourage innovative thinking and a willingness to challenge the status quo. You should be comfortable operating autonomously, taking ownership of your initiatives, and driving them to successful completion.   • • Ethena's unique AI-driven compliance training platform, which customizes content to reflect company brand, roles, policies, and risks, offers a compelling value proposition for partners. You will articulate this value to potential partners, demonstrating how integration or collaboration with Ethena can enhance their own offerings and provide significant benefits to their customer base. This includes highlighting Ethena's ability to reduce learner seat time by up to 60% and its comprehensive suite of compliance tools, including Hotline & Case Management, Policy Bot, and Phishing Simulator.
  • • You will be responsible for developing compelling business cases for new partnerships, outlining the potential revenue impact, market expansion opportunities, and strategic advantages. This will involve conducting thorough due diligence on potential partners and presenting your recommendations to senior leadership.
  • • Success in this role will be measured by your ability to drive partner-sourced revenue, increase Ethena's market penetration through partner channels, and build a sustainable and scalable partnerships program that contributes significantly to the company's overall growth objectives. You will be a key contributor to Ethena's mission of making compliance training effective, engaging, and accessible for organizations worldwide.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record in business development, strategic partnerships, or channel sales, preferably within the SaaS, HR Tech, or compliance space.
  • • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a partnership strategy, including identifying, recruiting, and managing strategic partners.
  • • Strong understanding of partnership models, deal structuring, and negotiation, with a history of successfully closing complex agreements.
  • • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • • Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced, remote environment.
