📋 Description

• • As Partnerships Lead, GSIs at Replit, you will build and scale relationships with the world’s largest systems integrators to drive enterprise adoption of Replit’s agentic software creation platform, turning GSI partnerships into a meaningful revenue channel.
• • You will own the GSI Channel program strategy, serve as the primary relationship owner for key partners like Accenture, Deloitte, and Infosys, develop joint go-to-market plans and co-sell motions, build partner enablement programs with training and certifications, collaborate with Enterprise Sales on co-sell opportunities, define joint solution offerings for application modernization and AI transformation, track partnership KPIs including pipeline and revenue, represent Replit at industry events, and negotiate partnership agreements.
• • You will join Replit, the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language, democratizing software development for millions of users worldwide and positioning itself at the forefront of AI-driven enterprise transformation.
