📋 Description

• • As a Partnerships Manager at Adaptive ML SAS, you will expand the company’s strategic partnerships footprint by building and scaling enterprise GenAI partnerships that drive meaningful customer outcomes and revenue impact, working within the Commercial Staff org to align go-to-market and technical teams.
• • You will own the full partnerships lifecycle—from identifying and outreach to negotiation, launch, and ongoing GTM execution—while developing joint value propositions with Sales Engineers and account teams to bring partners into active customer pursuits.
• • Adaptive ML is a frontier AI startup backed by $20M in seed funding from Index Ventures and ICONIQ, building a Reinforcement Learning Operations (RLOps) platform that enables enterprises to specialize and deploy LLMs at scale, with production use by customers like Manulife, AT&T, and Deloitte.
• • In this role, you will develop a repeatable, scalable partnerships motion focused on consultancies and data platforms, build joint GTM plans, track pipeline contribution and co-sell engagement, and grow high-leverage partnerships that translate into multi-million dollar outcomes in a fast-moving Series A environment.
