- • Source, engage, and recruit new e-commerce and fintech ecosystem partners aligned with Clearco’s growth strategy through inbound and outbound channels.
- • Conduct partner discovery, qualification, and prioritization to identify high-potential alliances that drive measurable revenue growth.
- • Negotiate and finalize partner agreements, including commercial terms, incentives, and joint go-to-market commitments.
- • Onboard and operationalize each partnership through structured enablement programs, clear launch plans, and defined workflows.
- • Own end-to-end management of partner relationships, including regular performance reviews focused on targets, impact, and revenue contribution.
- • Create and execute partner-specific growth plans that generate consistent, measurable pipeline and direct revenue contribution.
- • Manage seamless lead routing and feedback loops with the Account Executive team to ensure effective post-handoff follow-through and conversion.
- • Define, track, and report on key partner KPIs including pipeline volume, conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI.
- • Maintain data hygiene and accurate forecasting within Salesforce, ensuring all partner activities are logged and actionable.
- • Conduct ROI analysis on partner initiatives to optimize incentive structures and improve performance outcomes.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to design frictionless, repeatable partner workflows.
- • Proactively identify gaps and opportunities within the partner ecosystem and take initiative to solve problems without waiting for direction.
- • Build scalable, repeatable operating systems for partner enablement, reporting, and performance reviews.
- • Ensure partnerships function as a predictable, growing contributor to new business acquisition and company revenue.
- • Operate autonomously in a remote-first environment with high agency, managing your own output and priorities without layers of oversight.
- • Maintain direct, intentional communication across distributed teams to ensure alignment and transparency in all partner activities.
- • Contribute to a mission-driven culture by delivering high-impact work that supports founders and scales e-commerce businesses globally.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel alliances, or strategic business development within e-commerce or fintech
- • Proven track record of sourcing, closing, and operating partnerships end-to-end
- • Direct, intentional communication skills with experience managing remote workflows
- • Analytical discipline with experience using Salesforce or similar CRMs to manage pipeline data
- • Entrepreneurial spirit with a preference for small-team environments where you manage your own output
- • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with high agency
