📋 Description
- • As a Partnerships Manager UK, you will identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that generate top-of-funnel leads and expand Safeguard Global’s influence across the UK market, playing a key role in shaping the company’s partnership programme from the ground up.
- • Day to day, you will source and negotiate new partnerships, build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, manage the full partnership lifecycle, collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams, define and execute partnership strategies aligned with EMEA and UK growth priorities, monitor performance metrics, and act as the main point of contact for partners to ensure an exceptional experience.
- • You will join a remote-first, globally distributed team of over 900 Guardians across 50+ countries, working within a company that enables global expansion for 1,500+ customers in nearly 190 countries while championing a ‘work in any way’ culture that prioritizes autonomy, flexibility, and human-centered values.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to design and execute a partnership strategy from early phases, directly influence Safeguard Global’s UK market growth, develop expertise in partnership management within HR Tech, SaaS, or related industries, and grow your professional impact through cross-functional collaboration and measurable outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong experience in partnership management, business development, or channel programs
- • Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships that drive measurable outcomes
- • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
- • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- • Experience in HR Tech, SaaS, Ecommerce, Recruitment, or payroll (advantageous)
- • Collaborative and proactive working style, comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
