- • As a Founding Partnerships Strategy & Ops Associate at Blossom Health, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s mission to solve the mental health epidemic by building and managing strategic partnerships that expand access to affordable, timely, and clinically effective mental healthcare.
- • You will operate at the intersection of partnerships, growth, operations, and strategy, owning initiatives end-to-end — from sourcing and qualifying healthcare organizations and referral partners to launching, optimizing, and analyzing performance to drive growth and efficiency.
- • You will join a talent-dense, high-trust, early-stage team at a Series A-backed startup with $20M+ in funding, working directly with the founder and product & bizops teams to shape Blossom’s partnership engine and operational foundation for nationwide scale.
- • You will gain ownership over meaningful projects from day one, develop expertise in partnership strategy and operations in a high-growth healthcare tech environment, and directly contribute to improving access to care for millions of patients and hundreds of thousands of physicians.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- • 2+ years of professional experience in partnerships, business operations, consulting, growth, business development, healthcare, or a high-growth, high-standards organization
- • Strong analytical and communication skills
- • Authorized to work in the United States
- • Excited to be in-person in New York City 5 days a week
