📋 Description

• As the first dedicated Solutions Operations hire in Singapore, you will serve as the operational backbone of the APAC Solutions team and the critical bridge between the Singapore office and global headquarters in Paris, combining revenue operations and people operations functions that are separate at HQ.
• You will act as the primary operational relay between Singapore and global HQ, ensuring global processes, tools, and frameworks are adapted to the Singapore/APAC context, including localizing playbooks for client engagement norms, government procurement cycles, data residency requirements, and cultural communication styles.
• You will drive technical go-to-market execution by developing frameworks to standardize how the Singapore Solutions team approaches diverse customer needs across enterprise, government, statutory boards, and defence/security clients, and support the creation of professional services offerings tailored to local contracting norms like GeBIZ and DSTA.
• You will own delivery excellence by designing scalable frameworks and AI-assisted workflows to improve consistency from pre-sales to post-sales, translating successful delivery patterns into repeatable processes, and using data to continuously improve team performance.
• You will lead staffing strategy and capacity planning for the Singapore and APAC Solutions team, developing forward-looking hiring plans, building skills-matching systems, optimizing the full employee lifecycle, and acting as a strategic partner on organizational design as the team scales.
• You will establish data-driven decision support by identifying and operationalizing the right metrics to measure team impact on customer success, revenue, and staffing efficiency, creating reporting mechanisms for KPIs like time-to-staff, utilization rates, and delivery success rates, and synthesizing strategic recommendations for local and global use.
• You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Revenue Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR, Legal, and Engineering teams across geographies to align staffing and delivery capabilities with customer demands and business priorities, and ensure feedback from government and defence deployments informs the product roadmap.
• You will operate as a bridge-builder with rigor without rigidity, bringing genuine curiosity about the Singapore and APAC market, and comfort serving as the most senior ops person in Singapore while staying aligned with global HQ.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategic operations, revenue operations, staffing/resource management, or chief of staff roles — ideally within technical sales, solutions engineering, or professional services environments
• Proven track record in optimizing processes, impacting business KPIs, and aligning resources with business priorities in a fast-scaling organisation
• Experience working in or with Singapore's enterprise and/or government market, understanding of local business culture, procurement norms, and stakeholder engagement styles
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills — effective working with both Paris-based leadership and Singapore government stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience in Salesforce, BI tools (e.g. Looker, Hex, BigQuery), and data warehouses
• Fluency in English (working language at Mistral globally and in Singapore government contexts)
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
