📋 Description

• • Coordinate and conduct Facilities diligence for acquisition firms, including engaging WEG’s real estate partner for market intelligence on current real estate holdings.
• • Perform site diligence with WEG’s real estate partner to identify material items impacting acquisition terms.
• • Conduct diligence meetings with acquisition firms to uncover Facilities-related items not captured in site diligence that may affect acquisition terms.
• • Create space modeling comparisons between acquisition firm real estate and WEG’s standardized real estate model.
• • Document all diligence findings in WEG’s acquisition management software and report any identified risks.
• • Review vendor workbooks to determine appropriate Facilities vendors for transition to WEG systems.
• • Participate in vendor transition discussions with acquisition firms and collaborate to collect necessary transition information.
• • Partner with Vendor Management and Accounts Payable teams to establish new vendors in WEG’s vendor and payment systems.
• • Onboard acquisition firms with WEG’s national vendor partners as identified during diligence.
• • Create new vendor accounts and communicate account details to acquisition firm point of contact.
• • Establish WEG USPS accounts for acquisition firms as required.
• • Track progress of vendor transitions and set up associated activities to ensure timely completion.
• • Coordinate and manage signage transition to WEG branding standards, including fabrication and installation of new signs.
• • Partner with Marketing Brand and Creative teams on non-standard sign requests or requirements.
• • Coordinate repair work necessary for signage transition and implement brand standards for space, furniture refresh, expansions, or renovations.
• • Document Facilities acquisition processes and procedures to ensure consistency and scalability.
• • Maintain filing systems for all real estate legal and finance documentation, ensuring complete collection of required documents.
• • Upload acquisition lease documents to WEG’s lease management system post-close.
• • Alert Facilities team to critical lease dates that may pose risks after acquisition close.
• • Serve as primary point of contact for acquisition firms regarding Facilities-related questions and requests before and after close.
• • Coordinate or assist with additional integration activities as identified by the Facilities Manager.
• • Travel is required to support acquisition integration activities.
• • Supervise construction, equipment installation, renovation, and redesign projects to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and contract requirements.
• • Provide professional input on design, construction, development, or installation practices and recommend changes to senior management regarding equipment specifications, purchasing, and accounting procedures.
• • Utilize Microsoft Office and other required software to manage documentation, communications, and project tracking.
