Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end patient enrollment journey for thousands of underserved Massachusetts residents. You will be the first human touchpoint for patients who have historically struggled to access MassHealth, Medicaid, ConnectorCare, SNAP, WIC, LIHEAP, RAFT, and EITC benefits. Every completed application you shepherd will translate directly into a family gaining health coverage, food security, or heat in the winter.
- • Run high-volume, multi-channel outreach campaigns (phone, SMS, email) that convert passive patient lists into active, enrolled beneficiaries. You will manage 20-40 hours per week of structured task queues inside BridgeHealthAI’s purpose-built platform, leveraging AI-generated call scripts and automated reminders to reach patients at the right time with the right message.
- • Serve as a bilingual (English/Spanish) guide for patients navigating complex public benefits systems. You will explain eligibility rules in plain language, translate documents, and advocate on behalf of patients when state portals or insurers stall. Your ability to switch fluidly between languages will reduce no-show rates and improve trust among Spanish-speaking populations that represent a large share of our partner FQHCs.
- • Execute real-time insurance verification and benefits determination. Using our cloud tools, you will confirm MassHealth or ConnectorCare status, identify missing documentation, and initiate renewals before coverage lapses. You will also cross-qualify patients for social-service programs, ensuring no eligible dollar is left on the table.
- • Document every interaction with meticulous accuracy inside our HIPAA-compliant CRM. Your notes will feed predictive models that flag patients at risk of disenrollment, enabling proactive outreach that keeps families continuously covered.
- • Escalate urgent or complex cases—such as homelessness, domestic violence, or disability appeals—to our clinical and legal partners while maintaining patient confidentiality. Your judgment will ensure vulnerable individuals receive wrap-around services beyond what a single phone call can solve.
- • Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams. You are the voice of the patient in sprint planning sessions, surfacing workflow bottlenecks, confusing UI elements, and missing data fields that, once fixed, will double the speed of future enrollments.
- • Contribute to monthly impact reports that quantify lives touched, dollars secured, and care gaps closed. These metrics directly influence investor updates, grant applications, and strategic decisions on which new counties we expand into next.
- • Participate in a rigorous but supportive 3-month onboarding program. You will receive step-by-step training on our AI-assisted outreach cadence, mock calls with seasoned navigators, and weekly 1:1s with a dedicated supervisor who will coach you on difficult cases and career development.
- • Work remotely with flexible scheduling while staying tightly integrated with a mission-driven team spread across Boston, Cambridge, and beyond. We use Slack, Notion, and Zoom to maintain daily communication, celebrate wins, and troubleshoot obstacles in real time.
- • Represent BridgeHealthAI at occasional community health fairs and FQHC staff meetings, gathering on-the-ground insights that keep our platform aligned with the lived realities of patients and frontline workers.
- • Leave a legacy of scalable playbooks. By the end of your contract, you will have authored SOPs, call scripts, and Spanish-language templates that future coordinators can adopt, amplifying your individual impact across the entire state.
