- • Record high-quality Brazilian Portuguese voice samples for AI language model training, ensuring flawless diction, articulation, and consistent audio quality.
- • Deliver voice samples with a bright, sultry, or ASMR/soft intimate delivery style, maintaining an expressive, conversational tone without monotony.
- • Adopt a voice persona that is friendly, empathetic, attentive, and helpful, aligning with the intended emotional tone of AI-generated speech.
- • Maintain stable rhythm and tempo throughout recordings, with precise control over pitch and amplitude to ensure professional audio standards.
- • Use a professional or high-quality home recording setup including a dedicated microphone, audio interface, headset/speakers, and a digital audio workstation with plugins.
- • Record in a treated acoustic environment free from background noise, music, clicks, muffling, or any interference that could degrade audio integrity.
- • Adhere strictly to technical requirements for each recording task, including volume levels, file naming conventions, format specifications, and prescribed gaps between audio segments.
- • Provide sample voiceover recordings or demos as part of the application process, showcasing range, clarity, and consistency in Brazilian Portuguese.
- • Accept and complete fast-turnaround voice tasks with tight deadlines, demonstrating reliability and responsiveness when engaged on active projects.
- • License your voice for use in AI voice cloning and text-to-speech (TTS) training systems, granting Lilt the rights to use recordings for model development.
- • Pass a verification test within Lilt’s platform, which may include evaluating equipment, recording conditions, and adherence to technical guidelines.
- • Work as an independent contractor with full flexibility over schedule — record whenever convenient, with no fixed hours, check-ins, or micromanagement.
- • Contribute to global AI and language technology initiatives that improve multilingual communication between humans and machines.
- • Engage with diverse projects across industries, expanding your portfolio and refining your voice skills in real-world AI applications.
- • Maintain a minimum commitment of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week when actively working on tasks, ensuring consistent availability and reliability.
- • Understand that this role is not a full-time job or primary income source, as work availability depends on fluctuating project demand.
- • Be responsible for your own tax obligations as a 1099 contractor and confirm compliance with local Brazilian legal and financial regulations.
- • Ensure your geographic location is not subject to international embargo or sanctions, as these restrictions prevent engagement.
- • Participate in a streamlined onboarding process involving submission of resume, voice samples, equipment verification, payment setup, and community integration.

- • Native speaker of Brazilian Portuguese
- • Experience in voice acting, narration, podcasting, or live streaming
