- • As a Part-Time Patient Enrollment Specialist at Nabi Health Inc., you will play a critical role in connecting individuals with eating disorder care by making high-volume outbound calls and texts to prospective patients, scheduling their first appointments, and guiding them through the enrollment process with compassion and clarity.
- • Day to day, you will make a high volume of outbound calls and texts, schedule first appointments, follow up consistently, document every touchpoint accurately, explain the program clearly and compassionately, navigate patient questions or concerns, and coordinate closely with the care team to ensure smooth handoffs.
- • Nabi Health is a fast-growing digital health platform dedicated to helping people access high-quality eating disorder care covered by insurance, matching patients with registered dietitians and enabling timely, compassionate care through structured, mission-driven operations.
- • In this role, you will develop strong communication and patient engagement skills, gain experience in healthcare enrollment and intake processes, build organizational systems for managing high-volume outreach, and contribute directly to improving access to mental health care—with opportunities to grow into more responsibility based on performance and initiative.
