- • The Patient Financial Services Representative I role is essential in helping patients understand and manage their financial responsibilities for healthcare services, directly supporting access to care and financial clarity.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting patients with insurance benefits, educating them on financial assistance programs, obtaining demographic and insurance information, verifying coverage, documenting patient inquiries, interpreting physician orders, and maintaining accurate records.

🎯 Requirements
- • High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience
- • Experience with medical billing
- • Excellent customer service skills
- • Ability to reside in MO, IL, OK, or WI
