  • As an Enablement Partner at HighLevel Inc., you will play a pivotal role in onboarding, training, mentoring, and driving performance across the Customer Success organization, directly impacting advisor readiness, CSAT improvement, and long-term talent development.
  • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing and delivering structured training programs, simplifying complex concepts for diverse learners, facilitating workshops and coaching sessions, and ensuring team members have the resources and confidence to excel in their roles.
  • HighLevel is an AI-powered, all-in-one white-label sales and marketing platform serving over 2 million businesses globally, with a remote-first workforce of over 1,500 team members across 15+ countries, dedicated to building a culture where innovation thrives and people come first.
  • In this role, you will develop expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and performance enablement while contributing to the growth of a high-impact Customer Success team and advancing your career in learning and development within a fast-growing tech environment.
