- • Setup and index payroll tax tickets and notices in OSV Support and Salesforce systems with high accuracy and timeliness
- • Perform daily audits of ticket and notice data to maintain a 98% accuracy standard
- • Meet established daily quotas for processing tax tickets and notices
- • Manage and resolve unassigned aged tickets within a 24-hour timeframe
- • Locate client account information using the TaxEx system to support tax case resolution
- • Process Critical and Blocker tickets within two hours of receipt to ensure urgent client needs are met
- • Assist with special administrative and data-related projects as assigned by the Tax department
- • Maintain strict attention to detail while handling multiple concurrent tasks with minimal supervision
- • Follow established procedures for data entry, case routing, and documentation in compliance with internal standards
- • Collaborate with team members to support collective departmental goals and ensure seamless workflow
- • Apply strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively across varying deadlines
- • Utilize research and analytical skills to interpret tax-related documents and client data accurately
- • Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing priorities, shifting workflows, and evolving client requirements
- • Maintain positive and professional communication while interacting with internal teams and supporting client-facing functions
- • Work independently with minimal oversight while consistently meeting performance benchmarks and deadlines
- • Apply proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel to manage data, generate reports, and support documentation tasks
- • Remain comfortable using technology platforms including Salesforce, Zendesk, and TaxEx to execute daily responsibilities
- • Be available to work split shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to meet operational needs
- • Uphold strong customer service standards by responding promptly and accurately to internal client inquiries
- • Contribute to a culture of precision, accountability, and continuous improvement within the Tax department
