- • As the Patient Strategy and Experience Lead at argenx, you will drive the development and execution of a comprehensive patient engagement strategy for marketed indications of VYVGART, ensuring an integrated, personalized, and excellent end-to-end patient experience from diagnosis through disease management.
- • You will lead a cross-functional Patient Experience team spanning Patient Advocacy, Patient Marketing, Patient Support Program, Patient Assistance Program, and Field Clinical Educators, providing strategic direction, coaching, and oversight to foster collaboration and performance.
- • You will collaborate closely with the US Leadership Team, Head of HCP Experience, Head of Access, Head of Commercial Operations, Pipeline teams, BIS, and CMC to align patient-centric strategies across commercial, medical, and global delivery functions.
- • You will serve as a coach to an indication strategy team, defining performance metrics, allocating resources, and ensuring seamless coordination across indications and therapeutic areas to deliver transformative patient impact.
- • You will champion innovation in digital and omnichannel patient engagement, leveraging data-driven insights and agile content creation to build differentiated capabilities and elevate the patient voice across the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in commercial and/or medical affairs within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, preferably in rare disease.
- • Proven track record of leading fast-scaling, cross-functional teams in a matrix organization with diverse clinical, technical, and business backgrounds.
- • BA/BS degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PhD, etc.) in a relevant field preferred.
- • Demonstrated expertise in patient journey mapping, funnel-based insights, and end-to-end personalized patient engagement strategies.
- • Strong leadership presence with ability to inspire, influence, and motivate teams in a non-hierarchical, agile culture.
- • Experience managing strategic partnerships with national and regional stakeholders and building relationships across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Pipeline & Science, and Patient Experience teams.
