Payment Account Manager

📋 Description

• • The Payment Account Manager will take full ownership of the operational side of the payment infrastructure for the web direction, serving as the key coordination point between payment providers, banks, and internal teams (finance, accounting, legal, product) to ensure stable, transparent, and controlled payment operations.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include processing operational requests and incident escalations with payment partners and banks, managing KYC/compliance processes, collecting and reconciling payment data, maintaining payment infrastructure (MIDs, legal entities, bank accounts), verifying financial terms and payouts, and coordinating with internal teams to improve and automate operational flows.

The company grows at least 3x year-over-year and is seeking a Payment Account Manager to help scale even faster.
