- • Respond to client inquiries and resolve basic customer support issues related to payment transactions and payroll processes.
- • Assist with daily payroll verification to ensure accuracy of employee payment data and transaction details.
- • Process refunds, returns, and other financial transactions in alignment with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- • Identify, document, and flag financial discrepancies for escalation and resolution by senior team members.
- • Support collections efforts by following up on outstanding payments and maintaining accurate records of accounts receivable aging.
- • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to track, reconcile, and manage accounts receivable and payment workflows.
- • Maintain up-to-date documentation of operational processes, procedures, and transaction records to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
- • Monitor system performance for anomalies or errors in payment processing and report technical or data issues to relevant teams.
- • Adhere strictly to company policies and applicable financial regulations, including data privacy and payment industry standards.
- • Participate in team initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, reducing errors, and enhancing customer experience.
- • Work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple concurrent tasks with precision and timeliness.
- • Utilize Microsoft Excel and other data tools to analyze, organize, and report on payment data, transaction volumes, and operational metrics.
- • Contribute to a culture of humility, grit, and continuous improvement by seeking feedback, learning from mistakes, and raising the bar on personal and team performance.
- • Support the company’s mission of improving financial wellness by ensuring accurate, timely, and accessible on-demand pay disbursements for employees.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–2 years of experience in financial services, operations, or a related field
- • Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a professional setting
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools for managing and analyzing financial information
- • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- • Demonstrated interest in financial operations, payments, or payroll processes
- • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business (preferred)
- • Prior exposure to payroll or payment systems (preferred)
