📋 Description

• • As a Payment Operations Specialist at Aspora, you will be a key part of the payments and operations engine, ensuring seamless transaction movement, rapid issue resolution, and proactive anomaly detection to maintain system integrity and user trust.
• • You will oversee day-to-day fund movements, reconcile across internal systems and partner dashboards, manage user issues end-to-end with banks and payment partners, monitor real-time dashboards for anomalies, use data to detect patterns and investigate incidents, and create and iterate on SOPs to streamline operations and scale support through automation.
• • Aspora is building a borderless financial operating system for people on the move, backed by top-tier investors including Sequoia Capital, Greylock Partners, and Y Combinator, with a global team of 75+ across India, the UK, UAE, EU, and the US, operating with extreme ownership, radical candour, and a focus on customer impact.
