- • As a Payment Operations Analyst I at DailyPay, you will execute high-volume, data-rich payment processing tasks as part of the Core Payments Operations team, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of payment issues while supporting the company’s mission to transform how people get paid through on-demand pay solutions.
- • Day to day, you will process high-volume payment files, perform complex user account reconciliations, analyze data from internal and external sources to troubleshoot payment issues, work cross-functionally with teams like client success and support, investigate payment and product issues, identify workflow friction points, contribute to SOP improvements, and handle ad hoc operational tasks while adhering to accuracy, efficiency, and SLA standards.
- • You will join a growing, collaborative Core Payments team at DailyPay, a New York City-headquartered worktech company with U.S. and Belfast operations, recognized as an industry leader in on-demand pay, where your work directly impacts employee financial well-being and employer-employee relationships through reliable payment processing.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in payment operations, data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement, gaining hands-on experience with financial systems and SOPs while building problem-solving and communication skills in a fast-paced, high-trust environment that values innovation and inclusive perspectives.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of experience in Payments, Financial Operations, or Banking
- • Strong Excel, project management, and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
- • Ability to take initiative, be a proactive problem solver, and adapt to a fast-paced team environment
- • Clear and concise communication skills to translate technical payment issues for non-technical stakeholders
