- • As a Payments Product Manager at Skelar AS, you will drive the company's own payment solution, using data insights to define priorities and scale product ideas into tangible financial results, directly impacting business performance.
- • Day to day, you will scale a mature product post-MVP by balancing growth experiments with critical blocker resolution, own decision-making in ambiguous environments, justify initiatives through business value and data analysis, make prioritization calls amid conflicting contexts, and act as an autonomous driver of processes and team alignment.
- • Skelar AS is a venture-builder that creates consumer businesses in EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, FashionTech, and more, with its tech products used by over 10 million people globally and recognized by Product Hunt, Webby Awards, and TrustPilot.
- • In this role, you will develop end-to-end ownership of payment product strategy, strengthen data-driven decision-making, influence key P&L and growth metrics, and grow as a product leader within a high-impact, autonomous environment backed by deep operational support and domain expertise.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Growth Product Manager, or equivalent role in IT
- • Proven impact on key business metrics, with portfolio cases showing direct influence on P&L or growth metrics
- • Experience with mature products post-MVP, including scaling and prioritization based on real business and user needs
- • Strong prioritization skills with deep understanding of task value, building backlogs from business and user needs rather than templates
- • Data-driven approach: ability to work freely with data, understand cohort analysis logic, and use analytics as a decision-making tool
